Melissa Perdue was born in Amarillo, Texas, where she has resided for thirty-six years.  Melissa is licensed in the state of Texas as a Real Estate Sales person for Latham Hometown Realty.  She is a member of the Amarillo Association of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Melissa’s passion for real estate began long before she became a REALTOR. That passion lead to Melissa and her husband starting a real estate investment company for their personal investment strategy. After several years of buying, selling and renting out homes Melissa decided to pursue becoming a REALTOR in order to serve others in the area she much loved. In addition to her real estate credentials, she holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting.
                                             
Melissa is driven by a desire to get people into the home that best suits their needs, not by a one-time commission sale. It is this philosophy that has her clients consistently referring friends and family to her and coming back to buy/sell homes. She was raised in a hard-working family and taught the value of a strong work ethic so she is willing to work hard for her clients’ best interest. As a responsible member of her community, she also volunteers at her church on a weekly basis. Melissa is focused on serving others with honesty and with integrity.
